Considering the last "public sale" of a DE KK went for a little over $20k on Ebay in 2013, the ante will most likely need to be raised.
If I remember correctly, this particular game came out of long term storage, and was not even "test fired".
I might be thinking of another sale, however, in the past decade or so.

The owners that I know that have one (beyond John) are not going to be tempted with $25k.
Money really is not the issue here.
Hopefully, the OP has actually had the opportunity to play the machine in person, as they might be a bit disappointed otherwise.
The only primary redeeming feature is the artwork, not the gameplay, but is not terrible either.
It would not sell really well as a remake, unless Stern did an overhaul, finish the code, and do some drastic improvements in features, and even a DMD at minimum.
It could have potential if this and a few other additions were made, and rights were secured.
Right now it plays like a weaker System 11 WMS game, and DE Robocop and POTO both have it beat in code as it stands at the current time.
Makes DE SW look like a "Picasso of pinball game code" (non-updated).
Occasionally, they do show up a show, but not as often as they used to overall.
