Also helps that nearly every VFW attendee is a pinball person who actually knows what to report. Good luck letting thousands of clueless tourists swarm your ticketing system 365 days a year.
I second this. Working from 0 tickets and no issues, should be pretty easy. Not sure if you’ve already built in a redundancy filter…..the show probably won’t generate enough duplicates to warrant the effort of just closing dupes manually, but may not be a bad upgrade either if you were going to offer this as a service/product for other events & shows.
