You guys are gonna take my man card,...but I quit drinking beer.
Been on Keto since Jan 1st. I drink vodka and Truly's. Pants are getting looser and I've lost quite a bit of blubber, so absolutely worth it.
In the gym 4-5 days a week, feeling strong af.
Honestly I miss milk A LOT more than beer lol.

And we started serving milk (2%) at the bar and snack shack.....
I went from Jan 1 to March 9 carb free. I did cheat on spring break in CA/AZ. No way I WASN'T eating street tacos lol. And I had some beers with Odin at his place (what a great night!)
I'll probably cheat for this to have some IPA's with Violent Steve and you guys. Plus on the way up I drive past a Portillos in Indy, which I never get to go to. Will probably eat 3 or 4 Italian beefs ha. Excited for that.

But often think this should just be my new way of life, and not a temp diet. We'll see.

Well that was before kids so the shit was easy. Hell I was single....you want to low carb it? Live alone; all i had was a head of lettuce and rum in the house...fucking easy 
I could get down to 148lbs back then if I pushed it.
EDIT; Even now if all I have is 4 beers at night instead of a snack i drop 2lbs.
