    It's a tough choice as far as the few who secured tickets, and I would say it really doesn't matter to me and I would vote to make the show numbers higher and let them keep them. But its not the fair way to allocate the tickets. Everyone who receives a ticket should have the same chance as another player to get a ticket. If you can "up" the number of players you should try to do that regardless of the ticket problem (If your going to put on a show you may as well go all in and max out as many players you can).The flights and hotel thing is not a consideration because anyone can cancel without losing anything but time, so that's not a good reason to let the few that got tickets to keep them. It all sounds ungrateful or a huge pain in the ass for you, and all your doing is trying to put on a great tournament and for that all of the pinheads in the world are grateful. But it leaves a bad feeling when we tried two times and went to the trouble to be online at x time and spent a few hours trying to get a ticket and nothing.But hey "it's only pinball" :}
