You are able to set free play games up Thursday, most usually do or Friday morning before the doors open to the public.

I don't know the hours for sure so I will not say but I know you can set up machines for freeplay once the vendors have their vehicles moved out of the building. At a guess I would say something like after around 2 PM Thursday. I am sure someone will give you better information shortly.

Setup starts at 1:00 on Thursday. You have to check in at the desk. You can bring your machine into the Free Play area and set it up, fire it up, and play it until 8:00 when everybody gets kicked out. It seems like most of the Free Play machines come in on Thursday, with a few more on Friday morning.

I have a nice TZ for sale located about an hour from the show. I also might consider selling an X-Men LE: Wolverine. I'll only be at the show on Friday so I won't be bringing games but I can be available for pickup on the weekend. PM me if interested.
