Now that the 2022 coming to a close what was your best pinball experience of 2022?

I will kick it off with mine.

For those who are regular visitors of the Guns n Roses LE topic it should be no surprise. Slash signing my Designer team signed upper playfield making that one complete and Slash, Axl and Duff signing my game courtesy of JJP Designer Eric Meunier is something that probably will never be topped for me. Nice bonus was that is actually got to meet Eric later this year in November in the Netherlands to properly thank him for making this happen.

Very curious to hear what was yours?

Happy holidays all and a ballin' 2023!!

    Quoted from Wylte:

Getting Tommy as my first pin and going to my first tournament!

I sold my Tommy after 14 year owning it. It's a great game.

    Quoted from Bingovit:

It’s a doubled year for me.
One pinball thing that stood out was almost becoming the Belgian Pinball Champion again but had to settle for second place at the very last ball! So not bad at all
One of the worst things that happened since I started playing pinball also happened this year and that was loosing my good friend Lyman Sheats!

So sorry for your loss. Even us who did not know Lyman personally will feel his pasing. The man was a brilliant coder. But that means nothing compared to the loss you and his loved ones feel.

    Quoted from Pinslot:

Wenn to a Halloween pinball party at a local pinball club. They had 2 Spooky pins: ACNC and Halloween. Halloween in particular was really good fun. That’s the first time I’ve played Spooky pins as they are very rare in Germany.

Haven't played or come across lots of spooky games either in the Netherlands. Played an Ultraman in November but it wasn't my thing. Hoping to play a Scooby Doo in the future. It looks like a fun game.

    Quoted from LTG:

Reflecting since the year is about over.
Adding it all up. jjp dumping me was for the best, for me. ( although maybe not for their customers )
Leaves me with six games that eventually can be sold or traded for other pinball machines. I don't need to hang onto any for tech support. Frees up a lot of time for if and when PPS/CGC needs my tech help. Frees up a lot of time for my own business, maintenance and cleaning.
You don't always see it at the time. But things do seem to work out for the best.
    LTG : )

Your support here will always be vallued Lloyd. Never forget that.

    Quoted from hassellcastle:

Mine was and has been life changing.
Feb 7th, 2022 Purchased FUN! Billliards & Gameroom Superstore from my former boss and now me and my wife are the proud new owners.
We love what we do, a dream job if you want to call it a job. We appreciate each and everyone one of you that have become our customers over the years and looking forward to building relationships with new clients in the future.

That's a big one. Best wishes to you and your new business.
