Quoted from Jjsmooth:Yes..and a little shake to go with that boom.
Cant wait to hear this.

Pinwoofer + Pinsound + shaker is outstanding on Tommy! You’re gonna love it.
PinWoofer and Pinsound in Tommy (and DE
GnR) is a MUST! You’ll love it! (Well the owner will too lol)
Are you powder coating the armor? I think a Union Jack lockdown bar would look amazing with the blue decals.
Quoted from chuckwurt:Yeah great product. Not only improves the speakers but gives them the proper amplification. Will this thing have pinsound too?
No worries wurt... it will turn up to 11 for you
Is this your first experience with the RetroRefurb decals? What are your thoughts?
Looks like you’re getting close.
I just saw the decals in person and I thought they were really nice. the pics do not do them justice.

Not first time, I used these on an Apollo 13 a couple years ago. I think they do a nice job, especially with filling in gaps for machines that decals are not available for. I highly recommend the clear layer added by vinyl sign company. Looks and feels great.

Hopefully in my collection, but someone might fight me on it
Quoted from Jjsmooth:Speaker/dmd panel cleaned and repainted in satin black. I made a new lens for dmd from petg. Speaker grilles were junk, and I have modfather making us some new ones. Backbox speakers are part of the awesome pinwoofer kit.

I’m curious to see what ModFather comes up with!

Not to spend any more of the owners money, but it seems a shame to put those old side rails and lockdown bar on such a nice machine. Screaming for some powder coating, even in black. Something like this would look great. Maybe a bit darker blue.

Backbox real estate becoming scarce.
Pinsound, Pinwoofer, Motion Control,
ColorDmd all need a spot.
And the pf harness is not installed yet..
Well engineered products all around.
Hope to have pf in this weekend.

I would suggest the power booster for the Pinsound. To avoid any issues.

I was going to suggest the same; it should be included with all DE PinSound purchases and not optional.
Thank you.
Powered up sound. Crazy good, really transforms the game. Love this.
The original synthesized crap really hurt this machine.

The pinsound/pinwoofer combo on this game is indeed fabulous. Game is looking awesome.
Quoted from Jjsmooth:Powered up for first time today. I'll go thru troubleshooting and switch adjustments over the next few days.
Thanks Athens95 for the help.

I just picked up those sideblade protectors. Definitely need them on a Tommy.
Quoted from pinballjah:Looks great, your not putting back the Union Jack speaker panels?
New ones are being made by modfather.
killer, i have one thats been sitting for 2 yrs now, gotta get it up and going. this thread def helps.
This was put on hold for couple weeks while I finished up my 9ball.
Did some final troubleshooting today with help from Athens95, and found a couple diode issues, and a cooked transistor.
Should have speaker grilles from Modfather this week, and be 100%.
