I am doing this with the intent to put in my basement. That can always change, if anyone interested. I restore machines on an almost constant basis, so selling one brings the next into my shop. And I only restore games that I want to own.
Quoted from chuckwurt:Feel free to change it to my basement.
I believe u are out of room, Chucky.

Not since I had to sell half my collection to afford Stranger Things LE! Haha
I've been asked to show more detail of cabinet repair/finish. This particular box is in really decent shape, nice corners and little damage.
One spot under a rear leg has split here, so I apply Titebond wood glue while opening the split, and using low pressure, blow air into the gap to spread glue inside.

I just did a cabinet corner repair the other day and used some glue syringes for the first time. Worked great to get to the really deep areas that the bottle can't reach. I like your air method, but figured I'd share my method as well.

Awesome thread and amazing progress.
Quoted from Jjsmooth:Then a tight piece of masking tape for an hour or 2 will make it ready for bondo.[quoted image]
I wouldn't use Bondo on that corner, one tap during a move and it will come off. A two part epoxy resin will give a much more permanent fix.

How would you go about applying the epoxy without it being a runny mess?
Quoted from Blackbeard:Is filler primer different than normal primer?
Yes, it's a bit thicker, meant to fill tiny scratches. Easy to sand for smooth surface.

With the coarse surface, the Bondo will have plenty to adhere to.

Just follow Vid's posts, he explains the technique. Ive done this myself and it's extremely durable!

Cool idea I have not seen this before!
Quoted from Jjsmooth:Made a frame from scrap to give straight edge to push Bondo to.[quoted image]
... All caught up now (been off 5 days); please continue! I wish this was a NetFlix series lol. Great work as always. Thanks for letting us follow along.
Why didn't you spray the yellow around coin door and a lot of the cab? Just not needed as decals cover?

All covered by decals.
