Hello everyone, the point of this new topic is to find out how many alien pinball machines actually came out of the factory.

I will here account for both standard and anniversary (limited) versions. the goal is not to know who has which model but to know how many there are. All numbers are welcome even if it is not yours, internet sales, orther forum etc....

for standard versions please give the serial number and if possible the picture of the label

for the limited version please give the number which appears on the pediment *** / 500 and if possible a picture of this plate.

check that the number is not already in the list and post it ... I will regularly update this first post which will serve as a list

Yeah, no idea what that means. It was manufactured as an LE for the owner of PB, not as a retrofitted standard. I'll check into that. Looks like some other LEs listed above have the same label.

this is the Banning one with black trim just sold last week #130 (mine was 129 ! )

I reached out to Kenneth royneblom and he answered the SE sticker question on many LEs. This would fit the last builds of Alien LE. Mine has a mixture of Heighway and Pinball Brothers stamped boards. Very reliable game, which has been reported by many owners of this final group of Aliens:

“Your game is a LE , you will find out that most of the LE I guess 50-60'% say SE on the body but it's a legitimate LE game .

When they changed the production from SE to LE all the body's was produced and had SE stickers . They never changed that they just added the LE parts and build them as LE.

At this time the factory was low on cash and just pushed out games to got final payment.”

Just for lineage purposes...

The last LE's that were made at the HW factory had no PB parts ( obviously). Same parts as "after builts", just different tags ( had more SE / unmarked cabs in house). HW was done and out.

They were identical I/O boards ( Rev B) but PB was trying to get their brand going, hence the color and label changes, etc. Their original stated intent was to keep building the original ( and did from parts for awhile). Best guess is too cost prohibitive, and went w the VE current offering ( SV, LV).

Semantics as stated prior, just fun ( or not) to revisit the past ...

If this is a grail theme, just be grateful to have 1...kind of my take on it

True....I think 150 would be a stretch....my pre-order # was to be 212 ( matching my TronLE).

I'll add to the puzzle...curious if any pre order guys in here see the # they had secured when pre-ordering? That was the last "promise" Andrew made to me when we ( preorders) were pissed that LEs were going to be sold for cash flow, but our # was safe...this was within weeks of the doors being shut.

Whew...flashbacks....time to watch football or take a nap...

Yea...many long gone/ removed from this by now.

My best guess-

From HW factory- far more Standards. States never even got an LE factory shipped here...only early Standards

From HW and " others" - more LEs, due to parts volume.

Total made - 200 or so.

Total still living- <> 160

( just my guesses...doubt we will ever really know)

Here is mine LE #417 no tags on cabinet, but tags attached under playfield both say built 4/18. It had all the latest updates attached and full LE features and is GREEN.
Nethawk86 has the exact same lineage machine and fitting but is LE #416 in GREEN also.

LE#228. That "0218" means something else on the serial tag......that and the second part of the # remain a mystery..

This is Heighway's Serial Number roulette at it's best.

Good list,

What about adding the color trim to the LE numbers?
Black and Blue are the rarer ones I’ve read but it would be interesting to see the mix
