Absolutely - but they are the patent holders, and frankly they will eventually run out of games. We're kinda getting there now... WOF?!

Just because a game is not yet in color, don't let that stop you from installing a Sigma display. Twister looks awesome in HiRes. Aah, figures. Licensing would have to be in place, then. Arghh. So it's up to the DIYers again. Everybody taking their piece of the pie would drive the cost up to $1000 easy. Guess it's back to work on SmarDMD

From what I remember of SmartDMD, it does not have the hardware/memory capabilities to do an upgraded image and was a lesser coloring vehicle than ColorDMD by most people's observations.

It looks good in color. I want to do it for ColorDMD cause the video mode would look a million times better.

Finally had some time to install it yesterday. Looks better than the red dmd that was in before. Now the wait for the color rom begins

I'm sure if you submitted feedback to them they would look into it. Changing a couple of colors in some scenes shouldn't be a big deal.

Don't want to upset the person who did it but I wish Scared Stiff had bolder colors. No, I buy all LCD. My eyes don't like the LED displays.
