Thanks for mentioning this - I might have considered cutting a recessed hole in the lamp board to accommodate the control board.
Looking forward to walking the plank, throwing knives, killing Polly, swinging from diggings and watching a ship sink in color!

I get the pinball purist thing, really, I do, but honestly if the Strike Master and League Champ have the same components and displays as the pins and Slugfest, why not include them? I think DMD could add a great deal to these games as they have to traditional pinball type games. What could it hurt to include them in a list?

I don't really want to be the one to keep track of non-pinball DMDs. I mean, where would it end? I am sure there are slot machines, redemption games, pachinko, bowling puck games etc. that have DMDs but no actual pinball in them. If someone else wants to they are welcome to make a non-pinball list but it probably belongs in the basement or off-topic areas. I also seriously doubt ColorDMD has non-pinball games on their radar of things they plan on working on, at least not yet anyway when they likely have at least 4 years of coloring pinball games still to do.

I hear what you are saying, and I don't want to seem pushy except for the fact that maybe at one point I would like to own a Slugfest (which is also not a pinball but on your list) and a Strike Master or League Champ.
These three games, from what I understand take the exact same parts found as found in their Williams pinball counterparts. I could take my factory display from STTNG and place it into a Slugfest, StrikeMaster, League Champ or the other way around.
As far as I can tell, the only real issue is the coloring of the images which admittedly would take time and resources, but in terms of engineering, it's a direct fit, no different than any of the Williams pins that are already on your list.
If the machines in question or other machines were a totally different design or took signification engineering to put a round peg in a square hole, I would completely agree....but these three machines are basically late model Williams pinball machines and parts made into different machines. All I know is that if a Color DMD existed for any of these three, I would for sure purchase one.

Not a real pinball, in fact not even the same size ball. I will agree the single bat could be construed as a flipper, but there is only one-- if you are going the purist route, by definition, Slugfest is not a pin. It's a redemption game with a number of similar components, but lacking many ways. Hey, but, it's your list, mine would look different to include any game that used the same display.
