I will be going and setting up a game on wed. I will be staying til Sunday. can't wait. it's always a blast. so many games to play and not enough time. Hope to see and play the new alien pin and pat's JJP #3 game. schedule usually comes out a month before hand.

Me and the Gryszzz will be there. I'm arriving Wednesday afternoon from Ohio and hopefully bringing Skateball. Gryszzz will be there Thursday. Both leaving Sunday. Hope to have as much fun or more as the last two years!

Only reason it won't be is if something goes sour in the license approval process, Fox has to green light the final game still. Fingers crossed that doesn't hit any snags.

I kinda feel like either way, game there or game not there, that I need to seriously be unsober for all of Expo.

I really want to spend some quality time at Expo this year. I'd like to take a game and I'd like to meet some new pin folks. I hope it will work out that I can spend multiple days.

Is there a reason to not do it when you get there? Last year I did it when I arrived and there was no hassle. If I remember the website right I think you're right and you have to print and mail with check if you want to register early.

Arriving Wednesday night, leaving Saturday afternoon. Hope to meet some of you there. Food? Hope to find some close to the hotel. We will try to hit most of the seminars and play on the pins at night. Definitely hitting the JJP scheduled presentation (possible reveal). My wife hopes to meet some of the lady pinheads too.

There are several restaurants in the hotel parking lot, not hard to find.

I will be there friday and Saturday , bringing trilogy brewing co with me it will be serving sprecher root beer which I'm sure will be tapped out by friday night.

I'll look for you and give you some support. Will you be with the venders in the hall, in the parking lot , or ... ?

For the autograph session at the expo, do the just sign something that gets handed out? Or can you bring things for them to sign? Like translites and such.

Hope to get there on Wednesday in time for the welcome bash. We'll go on the Stern tour on Thursday AM but probably wont go to the Stern Extravaganza for the extra bucks. We'd just be wall flowers with not knowing anyone. We'll play the pins with shorter lines then.

As far as I know, they will sign anything you give them. Hoping Borg is there, going to have him sign something off my MET and maybe IM.

This may sound ridiculous, heh.

I got into pinball when I treated myself to a ST Pro for my 40th, over 2 years ago. Added a few pins to the collection and made pinball my refuge from my "made my hobby my job" job in RC aviation.

Now, I used to travel to music festivals as I knew I would meet friends there or people that knew me (was in a somewhat known Death Metal band). But let's say I travel to Expo all by myself, what can I expect? Is it a social event or will I hate being there "alone in a crowd"?

You get out of Expo what you put into it. Exert yourself, stick your hand out and introduce yourself. Play pinball with complete strangers. Go with the intention of having the time of your life, and you will. Don't be a wall flower.
