Quoted from solarvalue:Anyone play Lexy Lightspeed and talk to Gerry at the show? Would love an update.
I did. Cool concept, that is, to be like a console video game system and be able to swap out the upper playfield and change the theme of the lower playfield just by switching out the video. It's cool how the slingshots and flippers hover over the screen/playfield (as they must because the technology isn't here yet to have them pass through). My only gripe is that because one cannot anchor any playfield parts in the screen, all the action is in the upper playfield beyond the screen, which makes every shot a long shot. I didn't have a chance to ask, but my assumption is that future games will include targets/toys/features in the lower playfield, that will need to rest on top of the screen, much like the flippers and slingshots do.
