Looking at doing a pinside meet and greet. Does everyone perfer friday night, sat at lunch or Sat night?

Also trying to decide in venue. Only place i can think of near the new hotel is the RIO. Any suggestions, as per my normal I will be buying the first round! I will open another thread on this after i get a slight bit of feedback in this thread

It was a great show, attendance was up from last year, and there were 221 games this year. Which was about 50 more then last year. Much larger space made for a much nicer event. As for a guy who ate alot of hotel food this weekend the food was wasnt bad.

Yes only 1/2 credit If you bring two you get full credit.

Maybe VIP times need open Bar.. But I'm guessing knowing what hotels charge for open bar that would be very cost prohibitive.

I thought this was the policy. I know its our policy on any game we bring. You can buy it, but you can't take it until after the show and it has to stay publicly available for play.
