Hobbit looks stunning. But so did WOZ. And WOZ was crappy as far as gameplay. But that is expected from a Balcer layout. TSPP was by far his best effort and even then it took great code to make it a good pin. I still can't get over that fish tales design. Fish Tales blows. Still, I can't wait to play it.

It does not look like a 120k car. People who pay that kind of money for an average looking and driving car have more money than sense. Working in import/export I get to drive all the imported Mercedes, toyotas and Nissans. I will stick with cheap cars for travel and my mustang for fun.

Cash is always an issue but that is a good point about wanting to build up stock of Woz to meet future demand. Also, to take in cash from future sales of Woz because when they switch the line to Hobbits the company will bring in much less cash due to all the prepays.

I love the look and solidness of WOZ. That's why I bought one. I don't know why we can't criticize certain aspects of games or pinball companies without getting attacked. I have had issues with every pinball machine I have ever owned. Hobbit looks great. Can't wait to play it, and hopefully it's not incredibly boring like WOZ is.

LOTR is not boring. TSPP was my first NIB. Keith saved TSPP with his coding, but there was no saving Balcers WOZ layout. Keith didn't have much to work with there. Hopefully he can save Hobbit and its fishtails ramps. And I know how to play the game of pinball.

Edit- With the wide open out lanes cradling during multi balls is a must.

One thing that I question is the ball save where you have to hit the button at the right moment and make the mark stop in the safe zone to regain a drained ball. You know, there is nothing in the pinball rule book that says you have to have all these ways to save a drained ball from the outlanes.
