That's pretty bad ass! you out did yourself with #13 Sky
Quoted from robotron:I have faith its gonna be as good as woz or better. with all the issues I have had with sterns wd le and kiss le I am hoping for the best for jjp. smaug se in the future, all is good!
Since you want to drag Stern into this positive Hobbit discussion, I will just say that I had more issues with my WOZ than all my sterns combined
Quoted from robotron:even your Avatar is a grump!
That's funny! Beezleboob once told me that, I am actually not grumpy at all
Quoted from TomGWI:See the playfield above the blue bins on the assembly line. Those are Hobbit playfields.
That means they are getting ready to build Hobbit machines.
I think they have been "getting ready to build Hobbit machines" for a while the pics below were taken before Expo...

Quoted from Taxman:Go ahead. No one bit so I'll take your setup - "So what do recent Stern games have that the Hobbit doesn't . . .?"
Availability
Quoted from PanzerFreak:I think Stern is having a difficult time selling 500 LE models for recent games as they cost upwards of $1500-$1800 over a premium and all you get is a tiny tiny plaque with the game number on it, different armor and a mirrored backglass that apparently is no longer made as well as past back glasses. It's not enough.
Poor code support also hurts LE sales as they tend to be from home buyers. Both WWE LE and KISS LE are suffering from extremely long code update delays and it's hurt sales of both games.
Panzer we get it, you love your WOZ! (it's f#cking packed with toys and Stern's are cheaply made with not enough toys or code ) Everyone knows you think JJP is the cat's ass!
Let's try and stay focused on the Hobbit in this thread
Quoted from extraballingtmc:America can't even defend itself these days
^Douchey comment bro^
Sounds like JJP is doing what DP did a month or 2 ago... They are building production samples for further testing. Kinda makes me wish I still had my Hobbit pre order spot
Quoted from PanzerFreak:Lol! That last line made me shake my head and smile at the same time Now back to those Hobbit toys.
You should change your handle to ToyFreak
Quoted from pinball_keefer:It's used to propel the ball(s) at targets on the playfield.
Well played!
Quoted from pinball_keefer:Well we could look at what's in the game already.
11 unprecedented full control drop targets
4 pop-up beast targets
4 ball diverters
2 magnets for catching/diverting balls
Player controlled kickback ball launch
31 totally different modes giving unprecedented breath
4 player selectable drop targets
Ring button with constantly changing game context sensitive uses
3 mini wizard modes
3 major wizard modes
1 super wizard mode
Industry leading graphics on 1080p monitor
Over 60 full rgb inserts
Bunch of white gi
...and we're arguing not buying the game because I refuse to spoil the upper flipper uses. A flipper. In a pinball game.
Keefer drops the mic and walks off the stage
