My guess is that 6 months out, there will be the majority of the games delivered, and a lot of happy campers for the Holiday season.
The game is certainly turning out better than I expected. The music, and modes look fantastic.

Quoted from Peppers:I was told I was number one on the list from my distributer!! The news came at the absolute perfect time as my daughter learned today that her rare form of cancer (LCH) came back.
I've been down the cancer road twice, once while I was waiting for WOZ. Woz came earlier than I expected and made me forget about 'stuff'.
I hope she gets the Hobbit soon, and the life battle gets won!
i have to admit, it has been a long wait. i have the sure knowledge however that Woz was a long wait too, and with the latest software release, Woz solidified itself as a keeper. I'm expecting the same for TH. "all good things come to those who wait" seems to work well for JJP. There have been times when I have considered bailing, but I either shake it off, or go play a game of Woz. I'm in till the end, but Oh how i wish it was here.
So, WOZ started rolling off the line around May 1st 2014.
That is about 454 working days including stat holidays till end of Nov 2015.
2600 games means they averaged about 5.73 games per day. If you factor in stat days, that probably brings it up to 6 per day.
They had some supply problems early on. That means that number could come up some.
Assuming 1500 Hobbits were sold total so far, that is a full year of production with 261 working days.
Yeah, I didn't google it, but took a rough guesstimate. Like lowepg said, I think they'll be better off this time around, and get more out the door quicker. It was just a rough math exercise.
Quoted from PinballRulez:Our Cabinet Division is underway! These cabinets are complete and are eagerly awaiting Hobbit Decals. Lots of... https://t.co/5aDqa06zPh
Well, slow progress, but progress nonetheless. Thanks for posting. It's good to see the line finally starting to make headway. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished product. Go JJP Go !
Not so easy to store 1500 cabinets, or even a couple of hundred. If anything, that is one piece of the kit that has to be "just on time" or you would have to have a huge warehouse to store them.
I have heard that number a couple of times. At first it will probably be less, as they work out efficiencies on the production line. As long as parts come on time, 10 a day seems doable, when everything is firing on all cylinders.
Wow, I thought there was a bunch of posts for the Hobbit, and it seems Canada and the US almost went to war.
Chill Dudes. We're neighbors. Good neighbors too. Could be a lot worse.
Quoted from wcbrandes:Did i tell everyone, I want my damn Hobbit!
Heck, I'd be happy if anybody had their Hobbit. Grab your tools, let's go to NJ and put a few out already.
