I have laughed often at questions regarding what pin will fit in what vehicle, but now find myself in a similar dilemma. Recently traded my Kia Sorento - an excellent pin hauler - for a 2011 SRX. Have any of you folks fit a '90's Williams/Bally game into one of these? I am certain a TOM will go in much of the way, and if so, can strap the game in with the hatch remaining partially open, but will this game go in all the way?? I know the measurements of the cab, but these can be deceiving, depending on the raking of the vehicle. I would appreciate any comments from those who have done this. And, yes - go ahead a laugh at an old guy!!

I won't laugh. I recently purchased a 15 escalade esv and the sales guy was upfront trying to show off all of the technology and I was at the tailgate with a tape measure trying to figure out what I could fit in the car. When I told him pinball machines and arcade games and he said that it was a first to have someone careless about the technology/comfort and more about what they could fit in the back. I told him its a work truck and that it will be treated as such, he seemed to take offense.

I have a 06 SRX that I love and use to haul pins in and they juuusssssst fit . The only one that did not was a Stargate . I think your going to be disappointed ! After 09 SRX's were a lot smaller and will not haul as much .

I believe you are right, Tenacious, but I am hoping someone has had some success strapping the machine in and leaving the hatch partially open. I previously did this with an '04 Mazda 6 wagon. Williams pins just fit in, but Sterns are just a bit bigger, and I strapped them up. Anyone done this with '10-'15 SRXs?

If it was me I'd just install a trailer hitch and rent a U-Haul when needed !
