Absolutely. I've been saying that RS is the best bang for the buck pin for years, and I haven't changed my mind on this, despite the fact that the value has gone up a bit in that time.
There are other good bang for the buck pins that have been mentioned in this thread, but none of them really come close to RS in my opinion.
