Hi guys, I'm working on my Police Force and have a couple newbie questions about lamps.

I've already found on the forum the difference between 44 & 47 lamps. Basically they are interchangeable but 44s are brighter. I wish I had read that before I replaced them all w/ 47s.

my 1st question is about this 3rd lamp that also fits in socket of a 44 or 47. can't figure out how to insert the thumbnail here. (is there a thumb tag?) it's the pic w/ 3 lamps. the middle is an old 47, the right is an old 44 but the left lamp is a sphere labeled GE55. I can't find any mention of it in the manual but there's around 8 of them in my backbox. I'm thinking it's an automotive lamp that someone just stuck in there as a replacement but I thought I'd check in case it's something special. 47s fit in the socket no problem.

next question is about the 2 lamp pic. the clear one is labeled GE89. I can't read the chrome one. I believe this is a flasher. under the playfield they are all clear like the one on the left. in my backbox some are chrome like the one on the right. is that the same lamp & just burned up? it really looks chrome like a pinball. if it's supposed to be chrome, I'm having trouble finding them anywhere. you can get them in colors, just can't find silver. I checked the manual and again I can't find mention of it.
