The two flashers in the upper left of the playfield are not working in game play or during the diagnostic test. All other flashers work.
I replaced the bulbs so it’s not that.
Any suggestions of where to start looking for a fix?

I’m not familiar with Diner so I don’t know the number of the ones you are referring to. Take a look at the manual/schematics on IPDB. If all wiring is good I would suspect U1 (Opti isolator) on the interconnect board. I had a similar problem on my Jokerz! and U1 fixed it.

Bad or unsoldered resistor on the innerconnect board. If you figure out which flasher number they are I can tell you which resistor to test.
