Under the back box of my No Fear (WPC-S) I have 2 big plugs male/female (would fit perfectly together ) which are not connected...
As far as I can see everything is functioning in game.
Are these supposed to be connected to each other?

You don't connect one to the other - you connect the playfield wiring to it.
