Those lights correspond to 1J7-4 Yel-Blk, are right and left drain special lights out as well? If all 8 are out you may have a bad header pin at 1J7-4, check it for connection. The transistors associated with those lights are Q18 and Q26 and I'd check there if you verify the wire connections are good to the board and the pin at that header has no output.
