I am looking for information on how to replace the bulb socket in the 2-100 thumper bumpers. Also, should there be a bulb socket in the 1-1000 thumper bumper? My machine doesn't have one installed. Thanks in advance for the help.

Hey, thanks for the information. I didn't realize they were connected underneath. I though they plugge into the cap.
Another question for you. The old caps were somewhat melted due to the heat of the bulb so, I was wondering if you know what size bulb is best to minimize the distortion?
