Those resistors are underpowered from the factory and always burn like that. They need to be replaced with beefier 2 watt versions. They should not be the source of your solenoid fuse blowing however as they are in the lamp circuit.

Since you just moved the game I would check for any shorts on the solenoids themselves, perhaps a wire broke off a lug or is touching some metal it shouldn't be. You can make sure the issue is not on the driver board by removing the solenoid connectors on the driver board (left side of the board J9, J10, J11) and powering the game on. If the fuse still blows then you know it is an issue somewhere off the board.
