At least one spring is wrong. It’s fairly easy to disassemble and clean. Here’s a video showing a Space Odyssey but still applies

I use the super lube on the rivet contacts. As stated above just make sure they are clean and apply it very sparingly. It doesn’t take much, just a very light coat. I don’t lube any of the arm parts at all, just make sure they are clean and move freely.
