I have a chance to get grand prix, had it growing up and always loved it. Seller states machine doesn't work. What's the worst case scenario and how much could it cost? Are parts even available? Thx

I can fix a lot of things, but never tried a pin...looks like spaghetti to me. I do want to learn. Any idea what this is worth like this? I'm thinking free or $100.
