Quoted from jamestheflame:

ok guys, I raised the board and the plunger on the left was stuck in, thus causing my flipper to be stuck. I manually pulled on it and freed it up and the flipper worked good and strong again but only 10-12 times and then it stuck in again. Do I need to tear it down and look at the shaft or bushings?

I think you should remove the coil and plunger and clean it up. May just be dirty but may need a new sleeve in the coil or coil stop. Do NOT lubricate this with anything like WD40. It just needs to be clean. Check out the linkages to make sure they are freely moving as well.
