When I brought one back to life a few years back, it turned out that terry at pinball life had a bunch of spare parts. A motor with gear assembly was miraculously found in one of his boxes of stuff.
I also reproduced the kick panel. Yours looks good, otherwise I would offer you up the spare one I made.
