Almost all the bulbs are bayonet base size #44/#47. If you have one that's a larger size it's probably a flasher.
http://www.cometpinball.com/ has everything you'll need, as do most of the other suppliers.

IPDB documentation has nothing about the size of lights used that I saw.

Warm white is a 'safe' color to use everywhere if you're switching to LEDs. Search Pinside for "clown puke" to see some creative solutions.
