I have a working Flash Baseball if you need any assistance. Note that the lights are all 12volt, not 6.3. The wiring on my machine for the lights was hideous & had to be redone , so there may very well be a short on yours.

I went ahead & bought 12v LED's from Cointaker. They look great & kill the heat.
I've gotten everything working on the machine now - The Star Bonus is random I think - I'll have to observe it over time to see if there is a specific trigger.
Lets see, thing to look out for... for the playfield magnetic switches there is a small potentiometer on the board to adjust sensitivity if you ever have problems with them sensing the ball. Also there are 3 caps on that board that really should be replaced.
Damn but it is a fun game!
20191031_195810 Medium (resized).jpgI've left the Homer/Target lamps incandescent for now until I can re-orient the sockets so that they don't reflect so strongly against the playfield. For the magic switches, I know I have to replace the caps because I have to leave the machine on for at least 5 minutes before they work properly. (They score instantly when enabled if the machine is cold).
The LED"S I ordered across the border. No issues this time.
