It looks in really good condition and I like the thorough job you're doing!
I've always found the achilles heel of Klondike is the double decker game over / tilt relay waay at the back of the cabinet panel. Those switches are so tiny and close together that it's really hard to get it just right.
When you're up to the lighting stage, I put different coloured led's in the playfield reel score inserts and I think it works (yes, I know some will disagree with led's, you could always use caps). Can't wait to see it finished!
Btw, my cabinet was sanded back and painted brown when I bought it...yuk.
