I am looking into finding a way to replicate the player pieces for both left and right kicking players. Currently looking for a 3D printing solution that would be functional and durable. Hopefully just get a file created so they could be ordered through Shapeway.

those players look like they have had tape wrapped around them. There was a guy in CA that supposedly had some players for sale but he wanted a ton of cash for them. Still looking into getting players remade but need to figure out integrating the metal base.

The metal stands the players are attached to can develop burrs. They need to be removed and filed down.

Have you removed and inspected them?

On this figure you can see where I had to file down the burr. This prevented the player from turning. I’d inspect your players here.
