Quoted from Fogcity:

Hi. All of a sudden the game won’t fire up. If I trip the coin switch, the lights light, motor turns, but then abruptly stops and acts as if the machine isn’t plugged in - completely dark. I can do this over and over again but the reset sequence never finishes and the game goes dark. It’s set for free play, for what it’s worth. The fuses look good, cleaned relay arms, but nothing. Any ideas?

check your slam switches, door and bottom board.

Quoted from Fogcity:

Is it actuated by the ‘start button’? That one looks good...
Also, if I hold down the coin trip switch the motor turns as long as the switch is pulled down. When released, game goes dark.

Yea, start switch overrides the slam switch, ie you can start a game when its powered off. You'll see a weight on a contact behind the door start switch, make sure this is tight and clean. Also there is the kickoff switch, all three of these switches are in series. Also if your 110v hold relay died then its not holding in. Normally toward the front of the bottom board and only has a 110v single contact set. An alligator jumper across the contacts would tell you if this is so.

Cir dia? The issue is most likely in the 110v section. I can get out my Ks&Qs dia if you dont.
