Haha...yup this seller was definitely erratic....I was in the running too. I think I heard back once....and that was after saying I worked in Agawam and could pick it up in a heartbeat.

Great score on your part. As someone who grew up at Riverside Park I'm glad a piece of its history can live on and that it's getting the love it needs. Keep up the good work, I can't wait to see the finished product!
