Hi,

Last of the issues.

Bumpers 1, 2, 3 are "Dead" bumpers they work fine all the time.

Bumpers 4 & 5 are pop-bumpers.

Bumper 5 pops and scores correctly every strike/energizing.

Bumper 4 throws the game into TILT randomly after a strike/energizing.

What I have done so far is...
-Rebuilt/Cleaned the bumper assembly, I needed to replace the bumper ring (it was broken) - Still Tilting
-I checked the resistance of the coil (A-25-950), 6.6
-I swapped out the coil thinking it was shorting- Still Tilting
-I checked the resistance of the #4 Bumper RE(T33-2300), 73
-I checked the resistance of the #4 RE Reset Bank (W10), that measured 2.3 all other W10's in that bank measured 8.2

So, Im thinking now I located the problem. I will add that to my order.

Any other thoughts/comments are appreciated.

I will update this after I get and install the new coil.

I was thinking tilt switches too. But they all looked fine. Since it only happens with #4 bumper I followed that path and lead me to the W10 coil with the low resistance. The tilt light comes on so I was thinking W10 is shorting.

Issue resolved - I actually replaced 2 W10 coils (#4 RE (very low resistance) and Line (no resistance and actually was able to see a broken wire on the coil)) both on the reset bank. When doing so, I also noticed a switch blade lost its contact, so I replaced that blade. No more "Tilt" when hitting the #4 Pop Bumper.

I was able to play 15 consecutive games with no TILT.

Now onto some minor switch adjusting and more cleanup.
