Hi, I just bought my first pinball and I am going to need some restoration help. The machine was bought "as is". I can easily get it working since in is primarily mechanical but I would like to restore it as close to possible to original.

The only problem I have is someone has stripped out the electrical components including I suspect the payout mechanism. Is anyone able to describe or point me to any resources that could help ?

    Thank you

    1933 ? .. .OMG

Most likely these were early low voltage and battery driven. My only experience with something of that age was a Bally Rocket I sold to a German collector via a well known New York auction house.

(Most people don't realize there were "B" batteries .. they just didn't catch on and went away)

Here is a couple of pics of the playfield and some sales adds. Nice looking machine, pretty old!! Cool!

I found a schematic at Marco Specialties...

Correction - that schematic is for a Keeney machine.

    Try the Pinball Resource.

Nice help/finds Bill2626 ... I didn't dig/look that far .. looks like one of the old bagatelle pin machines like the one I donated to the museum of science and industry in Chicago.

Wow, nice forum community, thanks folks.

Yes, it was definitely a battery system. It does not seem like too much is missing (I hope) but from the looks of things it was converted from a payout machine to an amusement only machine a long long time ago, probably due to changes in the law.

I thought of another possible source for a manual or schematic, try Mayfair Amesements Amashinga, good luck that is a pretty old machine!
