The base seems like a good candidate for casting. There are lots of good videos online. 3D printing would require an accurate 3D model and likely lots of sanding once printed unless you have access to one of the higher resolution printers.

Springs would be a little harder to reproduce. Adapting a more common spring would probably be a better bet.
