This is such a wide open question. What do you like? Are you wanting games from all eras? Do you want games that are incredibly different from one another?

You are going to get some VERY different opinions here.

I will say get MM, TZ, and the shadow.

If it was the old days when I could drag EMs out of folk's garages for 50 or 100 bucks, with 18 grand to blow I'd have to buy a bigger house.

So, @isjack, are you saying that the OP should look through your collection and find 3 or 4 games that he'd like and make you an offer? If so, I'd tell the OP to do the same thing in my collection. I mean, if the price is right, everything is for sale, right?

I think you might be able to swing it at $19,500 if you find them used. I think there are some sellers out there getting rid of games from locations, and you'll probably have a tough time getting all from a collector/location at that price, and include freight (which I did not factor in), but maybe a few at a time?

I figured TMNT Pro used at about $5,500, ST Pro used at about $4,500, TNA used at about $4,000, and ACNC used at about $5,500.

I'll probably be first in line for that one JK, keep your eyes out, esp in the Pacific Northwest and Cali CL ads.

I think right now the most bang for your buck at current prices is Houdini. It’s so loaded with features and sells for less than $6k.
