I ran across this NOS 14 digit display in one of my "I'll get to it later" piles. I was going to list it for sale but can't for the life of me remember what series game it goes to. This has 68 pins in 4 groups of 17 and differs from the Bally ones with 4 groups of 16 pins. It's a Displays USA AR14701.
I found it here but it only says "Williams" http://www.pin-games.se/parts/electronic/displays.htm
