Yeah, Video in 1080P or better with a steady hand and crank the sound up.
Got to say Munster Madness with multiball on both Playfield’s at once is the most unique pinball experience I’ve ever had. Trapping up on the main PF, playing the lower with the 2nd flipper buttons, then resuming on the main Playfield,l when the timer runs out, is a freakin blast.

My head will be spinning. I cant imagine trying to play both playfields at once.....crazy!

What was the family issues? Did your wife find the invoice to the pinball machine and lose her mind?
Quoted from whitey:Sell me the Dirty Harry and order a BK ?
I really enjoy my Dirty Harry. The topper was a challenge to make.
This is my first pin so it took a while to set up. I installed a shaker motor, HD glass, and my GF installed the art blades, it took her like 5 minutes it was crazy.
Shout out to Zach @ Flip N Out for helping me get this machine!

Just got my Munsters LE today. Beautiful machine no idea why the haters on this, love how no ball save it goes right next to my Addams and that has no ball save either i liked that from Stern. I have only had a handful of games and i found it hard left if on factory settings and didn't complete shit. Out to Dinner then long night playing very happy chappy here.
Quoted from noob-a-tron:no idea why the haters on this
Haters will always hate don't bother trying to figure it out. Just relax and enjoy what they choose to miss out, more for us.

This..^^^^^^
We were contacted Monday night by our distributor MusicCityPinball that the pin had just arrived and was being unloaded off the truck. Unfortunately for us, by the time that the truck had gottten there and unloaded, it was too late for us to run up and get it.
So, yesterday, the Mrs (it was her birthday present) set off to Nashville to pick up our Munsters Premium. They told us to be sure that we called out a little ahead to make sure that someone was there when we got there as they would be off making deliveries most of the day. She called about 30 minutes out and when she arrived, one of their techs was waiting with the pin already loaded on a hand truck. Five or so minutes later, with the pin now securely loaded in the back of her 2006 Jeep Liberty, she headed off for the house.
Freshly home from work, I met her in the driveway as she pulled up. Our son helped me off-load the pin and move it into BelleHall.

Just cutting one side off the box, we were amazed at how beautiful the cabinet art was.
IMG_20190402_160010 (resized).jpg
But we continued with the usual process of getting the pin on all fours and pulling the glass.

According to the tag, the machine was "born" 28 March. Must have been that the paint on the cab was still wet when they put it in the box as we had a little paint stick to the cardboard protectors around the band that we'll need to go back and touch up.
The instructions for installing the balls in the lower playfield were well laid out, however we ignored them completly and chose to remove the lower playfield and give it a coat of wax. There are 4 nuts and 3 cable connections to remove and the lower playfield was free. A quick wax and we inserted the balls into the lower playfield and reattached the lower playfield.
I was a little nearvous cutting the zip tie that held Herman down. It was real tight and not a lot of room to get in there, but we got that taken care of and started to wax the main playfield, clean the glass, and lock down the back box.
Setting it into its new home, we leveled the playfield and set the pitch to 6.8 degrees. Then updated to the latest code.
IMG_20190402_180323 (resized).jpg
I normally do a switch test, even on a new machine, before buttoning it all back up, but I was probably distracted by how awesome this thing looks, and the Mrs itching for that first game. We went and put in the balls, buttoned it up, and we were finally ready to start playing.

We played a pro before we decided to purchase the machine around Valentine's Day, so we knew what the basic game play was like. But with the addition of the lower playfield , we found ouselves looking to hit Grandpa's basement as our main objective to see what we could do with it.
I only got a couple of games in as the machine was being heavily played by the rest of the family, but my initial thought was that, while I like the cut scenes, some of them are a bit long and slow down the pace of play. I didn't recall the cut scenes being that long when we played the pro version back in February, but then again, they may have been and I just don't remember. I also thought that they could stand to cut the cut scene when the ball drains and move on. As it stands now, you could be in the middle of a cut scene, drain, and the scene keeps playing for several seconds while you just wait.
I like the ramp shots and the lane that goes off the back of the playfield and comes back around. The bronze wire is also a nice touch.
We have blades on order and will add them once they arrive.
Kind of disappointed at the lack of promo plastic, but do like the slingshot cover plastic that was added to the premium. Also disappointed by the poor quality of balls that these things ship with. Starting to look for replacements - any thoughts?
We are still trying to remember to Zap when we need to, however I found that bending at the waist and hitting it with my stomach was a good approach to ensure that my hands stay where they are supposed to. Also tring to figure out the best way to play all four flippers at once.
Did I mention how nice this thing looks?

When you put on the art blades, it looks like you missed putting the cut outs back on over the hinge bolt. They just stick over the exposed nut.
Quoted from 2manypins:When you put on the art blades, it looks like you missed putting the cut outs back on over the hinge bolt. They just stick over the exposed nut.
One of the cut outs was missing when I got the blades from Stern. I kinda like the blades without them, so no biggie.

Are those oily ball trails from someone at Stern testing it or something else?
New balls seem to all have some oil residue on them, so I was just wondering if that's where that came from. One time I totally forgot to clean some brand new balls off and I put them in one of my machines, and played a few balls and I had similar results, LOL... that was fun to clean-up. So I just thought I'd ask.
Quoted from Wesmantooth:It looks like scratch but I’ll have to take the glass off and check
It will all wipe off.
Quoted from frankmac:Always best to wipe your balls before you play with them.

I agree with this also.

And he [John Borg] is pointing things out and I’m sitting down, and I’m kind of stretching up and looking over the rail into the playfield, and I see these wire form ramps. And they look like nickel, they’re not chrome, they’re like a dull metal. And wherever there is a spot weld there is a black singe mark on it, and I’m thinking “what is this” because I’ve never seen these unfinished…and I’m looking at it and I’m like “That is so Munsters” and…I said you have to keep these like this…it is perfect just like it is. Luckily they agreed. It wasn’t a cost cutting thing at all, it was an aesthetic choice. They still have it clear coated, but it was with that look. And it just looks fantastic in the game…John is very collaborative, it is – the word “team” is just perfect [for the group that worked on Munsters]."

I “Sterned” out my pro today with art blades and their shooter rod.

Very easy. Just spray the back of them lightly with windex. I was able to get them in no problem without someone helping align.
heh, Grampa's lab calls off my LE number..kinda cool...one of only 3 possibilities. 543-432-321..I like mine.
anyone else?
Quoted from Wesmantooth:This game is awesome it’s just fun feels like a throwback with the music and the black and white.
ssshhhh!!! Don't ruin it for the haters lol.
