Pin2DMDs can be built, ColorDMDs are bought.
you can buy ColorDMDs from www.colordmd.com $370/$400
Pin2DMDs well, not as easy to get, not as many games supported, but not as expensive.
EDIT: I just realized you gave the dimensions of a "half sized dmd" I dont think ColorDMD makes those, so you've gotta get a pin2dmd for that.
