This is actually for my Genco Big Top Rifle game: one of the switches has a 1/2" lifter. It was attached the blade with sticky tape as the little knobbly bit that goes in to the blade has broken off at some point years ago.

I asked PBR but they do not stock one this large

    Anyone come across these?

And if not, I guess I try and make one from 2 x 1/4" lifters somehow?

    Thoughts and advice very welcome?

I was going to say that PBR is the only place I know of that carries them, but 11/32" looks like the longest they carry. I guess make one like you suggested out of two smaller pieces epoxied together. Sometimes you have to be imaginative.

You also might try an 11/32 and make some other creative adjustments (removing spacers if possible, adjusting the switches slightly differently). Can you post a photo of the switch stack in question?

Thanks, I am going to try to join two 1/4" spacers. I drilled a small (1/16th) hole in the top of one, and with a drop of rhino glue, pushed the other on into it and left it to set overnight - will report back tomorrow on how this holds up.

i did the samething on a game once, only thing i did different was i placed a small piece of wire between the two in the hole i drilled then glued. i thought it would give the glue something to bite on. not sure it was really needed. the glue should have held it fine.

I think this will work. The two 1/4” were stuck tight and I attached to the blade using a technique I read here: simply squeezing in between pliers. That seems to peen the little bit ok. Waggled and it did not come off, fingers crossed!
