I have a AE2611 110v validator and would like to install it into a 12v jersey jack Dialed In pin. I apologize if the topic has been beat to death, but I need guidance.

    Specifically wiring and pin identification.

Thankyou, first post as you all can tell!

Probably best to contact Jersey Jack support.

    On the 9 pin connector:

    Pin 4: 120 VAC Hot

    Pin 6: 120 VAC Neutral

Pin 7: Credit Relay Normally open contact

Pin 8: Credit Relay Common contact

Page 40 of this Mars manual shows the pinout:

My guide I wrote several years ago should help:

Ken, if I may, I have read your posts and now I have a lot more information but....

Some more help if possible, thank you in advance.

    1) Describe the Jersey jack dialed in connection for the bill validator. Example 9 pin.

    2) describe the wiring for a AE 2611 110v to the 12v machine. Using the 110v harness I have for the ae2611 110v.

I know the pin outs, need to confirm the final harness,

Plug into service outlet. Take the two wires and tag onto two wires on a coin switch. Plug your bill validator into this connector. Done.

Echo again. Do not plug your 110v ac bill acceptor into the 12v dc plug. It just wont work.

My AE2611 harness has 6 wires going to the 9 pin connector. Pins 4 and 6 are for 110v + and neutral. Pin 7 and 8 go to the coin mechanism. Harness 42- 7057-00 above supplies 110v to pins 4 & 6. 7 & 8 are two yellow wires that go to the coin mechanism. The Mars AE2611 harness has wires going to pins 1,2 and 3 .

Are wires 1,2 and three not used for this application. I will continue to search the forums. But someone could tell me these are not used. And I am done. Big thank you to those who have greatly helped so far.

Wires in pins 1-2-3 are for soda pop vending machine use NOT amusement applications.
