A Web search for Pancon's CE100F22-15[-C] and CE100F22-28[-C] turns up a few online suppliers that sell in quantities less than 100 pieces - www.onlinecomponents.com is one - but they have a $50 minimum order. They do have the white bodies which match the ones originally used. $1.68 each in single unit quantities is not bad at all.
One small gotcha, though; the original Panduit IDCs used by Bally are the black stripe variety, which using current color coding would be for 24 gauge wire.
