Most people do not have a WOZ (yet) so I fail to see the "love their WOZ so much" being accurate. The same applies for rating it. Its not really out there in numbers for any real length of time to evaluate accurately deservedly good OR bad yet as well.
Its on par with "I love my new car" while you are tooling around in the old one and the new one is not delivered yet, its funny when you think about it.
As far as future pricing it depends on lots of variables like supply / demand and how its received in the market place months from now. It might be a hit or just another pin. Time will tell.
