I have a Gottlieb Kings and Queens game. Now, when you score single points and it is time to add one point to the 10s wheel, the 10s wheel isn't advancing. So, if the score is 259 and you get one point, it goes to 250.

What should I look for to fix this issue?

    Thanks

There's a carry over switch on the ones score reel. It's supposed to make contact when the reel is on 9. When the reel gets pulsed the closed switch sends current to the 10 point relay. So you could have problems in multiple areas. Also wires can break off from score reel switches.

Thanks! I'll check those areas out. I appreciate the quick answer!

Quick followup. I should have explained the problem better. The 1's wheel was not completely moving from number to number. It stopped half way a lot of times. After reading the repair doc on pinball resource and looking at the wheel, I found out that the springs were not tight any more. I ordered new springs and cleaned up the contacts on the wheel and the stepper that moves when the points are scoring. It works great!

I appreciated your help and I love this forum! Thanks
