Swapped out led's in the GI and 1 bulb is not working.

I have tried multiple regular bulbs and multiple led bulbs.

I get 6.4V at the leads to the socket, 6.4V at the backside to the socket, and 6.4V at the top of the socket.

I tried moving the socket, tried turning the bulbs around, but can't get it to work.

The only thing I have noticed is the led bulb lights up extremely dim. (perhaps this is a clue of what the issue might be?) (see the bulb on the right side of the picture)

I actually didn't know what 'reflow solder' meant, so first I just put some more solder on... and it didn't work.

So I looked up the definition, then put the gun on max heat on the metal on the bulb side of the joint. Heated both sides up real hot... and now it works.
