I ordered 3 sets of protectors on 6/20 and haven't received them yet. I asked for status on the order on Tuesday via the webpage link http://www.twistedpins.com/contact/ and haven't got a reply yet. I don't mind if they are running behind or something but a little communication would be nice. There were no issues charging my credit card for $36 the same day. I think I've been pretty patient up until now but am becoming very unsatisfied
