Hi.

If you want to sent me an email, you must replace the (et) with an @ sign

The price is not know yet, but we make decent prices. The Idol Lock Blade is Euro 10,50
If you purchase from the US, then its minus 19% so Euro 8,82.

The Idol its self needs a lot of hand kraft. Needs to be " Goldplated" and the structure`s need to be painted black.
We need to use a good paint system, (not a tin spray can), to get a nice neat "Gold" finishing, we wont save money on that.

For the Rotor Lock Base we are making an injection mold. This is very expensive and looking at maybe a very small production run of
1000 bases, not really worth it. But we are going to do it, we can save alot of money on tooling for we can do alot of work our selves.
We are still looking at about 10K Euro and our Work. Calculating with tool cost and production quantitie + production we will land some were
arround 30 Euro.

Metal Plate will be approx 5 - 10 Euro.

These prices are just an approx. price. As I mentioned in my post, we dont have the price or date yet.
Idol, and the Plate approx 4 weeks. Idol Lock Blade ready for shipping.
Rotor Lock Base approx. May.

Keep well

No, we are not making Ramps.

We will take the Idols to the paint shop today. Then we can see what gold versions they have.
once we get the samples we can see how gold comes out.
We have been ask if we will use shiny or dust gold, ( dont really understand dusty gold).
What would you prefer?

Hi.

We have given the paint shop some raw Idols for trials. To apply a simular Gold effect, that actually looks like "Metal".
It is not possible with normal paints. We have seen sample cards, but that is not the way to go, just doesnt look like metal gold.
There are ways of getting them simular to gold platting, chrome gold. It is not easy to do in small quantities but it is possible.
The paint shop had done this on a couple of WPC 95 Display Panels which we produce. The chrome gold has this metal gold effect.
They will not come out super smooth shiny mirrow finish, for then we would have to high polish each Idol for hours. (Not to think of)
but they will come out, like I think you mean dusty old, Metal Gold with exact same marks as the original. The struckture and corners will be blackend
to give them a dirty look.
We have to make 50 "pickups" now for the paint shop. They need to tighten the Idol decently for this proceedur, otherwise they will fly away
from the air presure used in this process. They would like them turnable.......

And stay well

Hello to all

We wanted to let all know that it is not possible to ship out small parts international, parcels from 0,5 upto 2kg.
This service has shut down for many countries, also USA and CAN.
We will continue manufacturing parts and update regular. We will keep our Pre order list for parts and playfields
and work them of as usual as long as it is possible. Finished pre-ordered parts will be packed and put aside ready for shipping.

Thank you all for your trust you put into us over all the years, we will continue making parts and playfields.

Only have the price for the Idol Lock Blade.
The Idol Lock Blade is Euro 10,50
If you purchase from the US, then its minus 19% so Euro 8,82.

We are at the begining of the Idol project, for us, new style of manufacturing.
Next week I will have a price from the paint shop, then I can calculate them.

The Rotor Lock Base is a big and expensive project in tooling, The Base of the injection Mold is finished,
we were going to order the cavity plates but have put it a side for the moment, time is forcing us to. Have no price yet.

The Metal Plate, the metal company has closed down, dont know when they will open again.
